Requires a signed walletAuth JSON body for the protocol treasury wallet (or original requester for cancellation), an unused wallet nonce, and same-origin checks. Creating a request does not transfer funds; internal approvals and subsequent signed settlement remain required. Runtime availability: mounted in the AllInOne/internal core write plane; the PlatformApi proxy does not currently forward this route. Server listing alone does not imply public beta availability. Served by the core plane only: the public platform edge (api.sentico-labs.xyz) does not proxy this route.
