Account stream
GET/api/stream/account/:account
Use Accept: text/event-stream for SSE JSON events; otherwise returns a JSON poll response by default. Binary encoding is rejected with 406. Private read authentication is required. SSE durable-read failures return 503 with Retry-After: 1 before streaming. After streaming starts, event: error with error.code ACCOUNT_STREAM_UNAVAILABLE terminates the stream without acknowledging data; reconnect with the last successfully processed account event cursor. Only RESYNC_REQUIRED (HTTP 409 before streaming or event: error during streaming) requires discarding the cursor and bootstrapping again. Schema, signals and error frames never acknowledge account data. A reader head behind the requested cursor is temporarily unavailable, not proof of a retention gap.
