GET/api/v1/vaults
The unfiltered vault catalogue remains public. Supplying wallet or address, including an empty value, requires read credentials for that same account. Both selectors must match when supplied together. Omitting both selectors returns the unfiltered catalogue even when credentials are present. Responses must not be cached.

Wallet filter does not match the authorized account, scope is missing, or agent is revoked.
Error response. Prefer the nested ApiErrorResponse via X-SC-Error-Format: envelope-v1; existing unnegotiated handler responses can retain a documented legacy flat shape through the compatibility period.
