Withdraw USDC value from a managed strategy vault

POST 
/api/v1/funding/withdrawals

Burns the caller's shares in vaultAccount and transfers the requested USDC value back into the caller's engine account. Despite this legacy path name, this does not create a custody withdrawal from the on-chain MultiCollateralVault. Custody withdrawals start with a signed WithdrawRequest or WithdrawAssetRequest action, followed by the matching on-chain requestWithdraw call.
